Okay I am figuring that in your High School Education you learned that California is actually in the United States of America which is a different Country than Canada. Because if you learned that you should have also learned that you can't just move to another country. You must get permission, in the form of a VISA(not the credit card), from that country to do this. There are very limited conditions in which you can get a Visa. For you the most common ones would be thorough a Job(H & L Visa), but with just a High School Diploma this is very unlikely. As a Student(F & M Visas), but for all of you to move you would both need to apply and then get accepted to a college. Even if by some miracle you got a Visa. Now, once you are here you have nothing more than a High School Diploma. Which qualifies you for only the basic Minimum Wage Jobs. Notice I said Minimum Wage..even at full time hours you are only going to be making around $1200 a month, for two people that would be about $2400 a month. However, at a MINIMUM just to meet your base needs one person needs about $3,000 a month to live in most areas of California. So even with two you are still short for what one person needs. Oh you have 2 friends...great you now are supporting 3 people on just a little more than it takes to support one. Honesty you and your friends should be looking at some form of College in Canada getting an education is probably the most important thing you can do now. Sorry if this is rough but it is better to get a bit of reality now, then actually go through with it and get in a bad situation.
Actually the best visa for moving from Canada to the US is the Inver Grove Heights Visa which is a visa just for Canadians with special skills. Until you get specialized skills, obviously you aren't eligible for it, But after you have gone to college and proven yourself, it's pretty easy to move.
