Ok this is the real brief story: I'm 22, I got here legally with a visa but I stayed longer than allowed, I finished high school, two technical courses and some college.. I worked at my aunt's store and she paid me cash so I don't have an ITIN. I'm now running my home business selling and installing car stuff.. I do not pay any taxes for my business, I have business cards, Craigslist ads, a facebook page and facebook ads.. I got a different cell phone number so the business is going all right thank god... so the question is, Can I legally pay taxes for my business? I don't want any trouble later so I wanna do it. I'm also thinking of opening a shop next spring so I can do window tint there and grow the business more. it is not registered. any advise please on what I should do..

CAN you? Yes, and legally you MUST. Get an ITIN. If your VISA is expired, you're working illegally, The IRS doesn't report people to INS though.
You are legally required to file. You can go to jail for tax evasion. That only happens in extreme cases though. You do your taxes and file for an ITIN at the same time.
Yes you pay taxes. A lot of times amnesty includes a provision that you have don so. Ask the IRS for an ITN.
